Thank you for shopping with Elrcee Creative. All sales are final. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom stationery orders are processed and packed within 3-5 business days.
Custom / Handmade Items: Custom stationery and handmade shadow boxes require a dedicated production lead time of 7 business days after you have officially approved your digital design proof.
Carrier Cutoffs: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States using USPS Priority Mail using flat rate boxes. We are working to add more options. Local Delivery is available within 10 miles of our location which is in zip code 30127.

Estimated Delivery Window: Once picked up by the United States Postal Service, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times beyond the contiguous 48 states may be longer.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number will be sent immediately upon label generation.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, seasonal peaks, or severe weather conditions. Estimated transit windows are provided by the carrier and are not explicitly guaranteed.

Local Delivery:

Local Delivery is available within 10 miles of our location (which is in zip code 30127). Delivery can be arranged within specific time frames. Please include email address for correspondence with our delivery team.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

In compliance with the Georgia Department of Revenue, all shipping and handling charges applied to your order are fully subject to Georgia state and local sales tax. Shipping fees are considered part of the taxable sale amount and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number will be sent immediately upon label generation.

We currently ship to the United States.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of built-in carrier insurance. If your paper goods or shadow boxes arrive damaged due to transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact us at elrceecreative@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim and issue a replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Custom orders are ineligible for cancellation after 24 hours after order placement.
